Jedni z nas poznawali podstawy budowania przydatnych algorytmów, podczas gdy inni stawali przed wyzwaniami branży projektowej oraz zarządzania budżetami. Dzięki ścisłej współpracy z deweloperami i projektantami wspólnie stworzyliśmy platformę GoEstim. Wciąż udoskonalamy nasz system, aby reagować na potrzeby branży budowlanej związane z zarządzaniem inwestycjami czy sprawniejszej komunikacji w zespołach.

GoEstim - meet the team supporting your growth
The team of experts working on the GoEstim project gained experience in the design, digital and financial industries. Some of us learned the basics of building useful algorithms, while others faced the challenges of the design industry and managing their budgets. Thanks to close cooperation with construction investors (developers) and designers, we have created the GoEstim platform. We are constantly improving our system to respond to the needs of the construction industry related to investment management or efficient communication in teams.

Zbudowaliśmy MVP produktu GoEstim w oparciu o program Revit Autodesk wraz z warstwą integracyjną. Umożliwiliśmy automatyzację komunikacji pomiędzy programem Revit Autodesk i GoEstim.
We built the GoEstim MVP based on Revit Autodesk with the integration layer. We automated the communication between Revit Autodesk and GoEstim

Dokonaliśmy walidacji produktu na rzeczywistych komercyjnych projektach inwestycyjnych, projektach obiektów użyteczności publicznej realizowanych dla instytucji samorządowych, oraz na projektach mieszkalnictwa wielorodzinnego opracowanych w naszym biurze projektowym.
We have validated the product on real commercial investment projects - projects of public utility buildings implemented for local government institutions and on multi-family housing projects developed in our design office.

Platforma GoEstim działa w wersji produkcyjnej. Zrealizowaliśmy pierwsze wdrożenia. Wykonaliśmy Add-Ons integracyjny z systemem Archicad. Rozwinęliśmy obliczania chłonności działek. Rozwinęliśmy integrację z dostawcami materiałów budowlanych oraz producentami materiałów budowlanych.
The GoEstim platform works in the production version. We have completed the first implementations, we have made add-ons integrated with the Archicad system. Planujemy: integrację GoEstim Technical Card ze środowiskiem Dynamo i Grasshopper, rozwój Machine Learning w zakresie planowania i opracowania koncepcji obiektów, budowę bazy danych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych, ekspansję na rynki UE, integrację GoEstim z innymi głównymi systemami projektowania konstrukcyjnego i architektonicznego (Vectorworks, Allplan).
We plan the integration of GoEstim Technical card with the Dynamo and Grasshopper environment, development of machine learning in the field of planning and developing the concept of facilities, futher developlemt of a database of structural solutions, expansion into EU markets, integration of GoEstim with other major structural and architectural design systems (Vectorworks, Allplan).
